Work I’ve Done

Over the past twenty years, I've driven tangible transformation across countless organizations, not just coming up with concepts and exploring new platforms and technologies, but also behind the scenes – building teams, developing practices and learning experiences, and pioneering new approaches to everything from brainstorming to bonusing. 

Through my work, I’ve proven that applying more Intentional Infrastructure leads to more culturally-competent creative content that drives tangible business results and resonates with consumers. I’ll say it simply - more inclusive teams and processes lead to better creative outputs. I’ve also seen that this way of working is more fulfilling and leads to increased innovation and more retention. So everybody wins — consumers, companies and creatives.

  • AARP: Developed a scalable approach to building more inclusive teams with bias check points that elevated community voices and experiences on and off camera

  • Cultural Communities Uncovered: Drove initiative that dug into platform insights and community conversations to develop strategic, culturally-sensitive creative and strategic jumping off points for brands.

  • Creator Safety and Emerging Creator Starter Kit: Solidified and scaled narratives to guide advertisers on more equitable and ethical practices for working with creators and influencers.

  • LGBTQ+ Beyond Bias: Developed a checklist to include, center and support LGBTQ+ voices on campaigns related to their communities, from ideation to production.

Baby Food For Creatives was created in 2011 to bridge the gap between the expectations of emerging creative talent and the realities of corporate life. It has evolved to provide coaching, community and corporate know-how to elevate those often left behind. 

My goal is to nourish and boost professionals with 0-10 years experience in creative roles or environments — helping enhance their professional presence, refine their storytelling abilities, and discover and leverage their authentic voices.
