Hi. I’m Neisha

Creativity has taken me everywhere I wanted to go—and plenty of places I never imagined.

I left home (an island so small it’s often just a line pointing to the ocean) at 16 with big dreams and an even bigger heart. Since then, I’ve built a career in advertising and tech that spans 20+ years, two continents, and countless stages—from classrooms to Cannes.

Along the way, I’ve led global creative teams, launched billion-dollar practices, built culture-shaping programs, mentored hundreds of professionals and won awards for everything from VR to poetry.

My sweet spot is helping high-performing people and teams do more impactful work by integrating cultural intelligence, AI, and a buttload of joy.
